At a high level, Migbirds turns rich profiles and clear role requirements into a transparent match score.

The flow

1. Build a profile (talent) or a role (company)

Talent build a profile and take the behavioral assessment. Companies describe a role across environments, domains, and competencies.

2. Matching

Migbirds compares each candidate to each role on two axes — technical (skills and experience) and behavioral (how someone works) — and produces a combined match percentage.

3. Apply & review

Talent apply to roles that fit; companies review ranked applicants and can proactively reach out to strong matches. Everyone sees the same transparent breakdown.
