AI tools for recruiters

What Migbirds' AI can draft, rank, and find for you — and what it will never decide.

Migbirds includes a set of AI assistants for the repetitive parts of recruiting. One principle applies to all of them: AI assists, people decide. No AI feature moves a candidate, rejects anyone, or contacts anyone on its own.

Writing your postings

  • Enhance — proposes a clearer, structured version of your description; you compare side by side and accept or keep yours.
  • Translate — translates a posting on demand for readers in another language.
  • Import — reads an existing job posting you upload and pre-fills the creation flow, including a detected pay range.

Reviewing applicants

  • Rank with AI — with two or more applicants, suggests the top five to look at first, with evidence-based reasons and watch-outs. Purely advisory.
  • AI insights — an optional plain-language narrative on any applicant's match breakdown.
  • Interview kit — a tailored question guide built from the candidate's real match profile: focus areas, technical and behavioral questions, strengths to validate. Generated once per application, shared with your team, never shown to the candidate.
  • Rejection drafts — when you reject with candidate notifications on, the AI can draft a kind, personalized message. You review and edit before anything is sent; it never mentions scores or assessment data.

Finding talent

In the Talent Community, describe who you need in plain language — "senior buyer in France, available now" — and the AI search turns it into the page's filters, visibly applied and individually removable.

AI credits

These features draw on your company's AI credit pool. If the pool runs out, the feature says so and simply waits — nothing breaks, and nothing is billed behind your back.
