Interviews on Migbirds

Once a candidate is worth talking to, the whole interview happens on Migbirds — scheduling, calendar invites, and the call itself.

Proposing times

Move a candidate to Interviewing and Migbirds offers to propose interview times right away (you can also do it anytime from the candidate's application view). Pick two or three slots that work for your team and send.

The candidate picks

The candidate is notified, picks the slot that suits them — or tells you none work, with an optional note, so you can propose new times. Once a slot is confirmed, both sides receive a calendar invite by email.

The call runs on Migbirds

At the scheduled time, both of you join from the interview page — the video call runs right in the browser, no external tool or account needed. Either side can cancel beforehand (the other is notified), and completed interviews show who actually joined.

Where to find your interviews
