Is Migbirds only for procurement?

No. Procurement is where Migbirds started, but the platform is for talent and companies across any industry.

Is the assessment required?

The behavioral assessment powers the behavioral half of matching, so completing it gives you a much stronger signal. Talent are strongly encouraged to take it.

For companies

How is the match score calculated?

It combines a technical score (skills, experience) and a behavioral score (assessment vs. role) into one transparent percentage.

Who can see my profile?
