Is Migbirds only for procurement?
No. Procurement is where Migbirds started, but the platform is for talent and companies across any industry.
Is the assessment required?
The behavioral assessment powers the behavioral half of matching, so completing it gives you a much stronger signal — at an equal match, an assessed candidate ranks first. Talent are strongly encouraged to take it.
How is the match score calculated?
It combines a technical score (skills, experience vs. the role's requirements) and a behavioral score (assessment vs. the role's demands) into one transparent percentage. Advisory hints like seniority or compensation fit add context but never change the score.
What is the marketplace agreement?
The standard terms for hiring through Migbirds. A company admin accepts it once for the whole company; talent accepts on their first application. It's what unlocks identity disclosure step by step as a hiring conversation advances.
What languages does Migbirds support?
The product works in English, French, and Spanish. This documentation is available in English and French.
Is there a fast way to jump anywhere?
Yes — press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K to open the command palette and search pages, your roles, and teammates.
For companies
Does the AI decide who gets hired?
No. Every AI feature — ranking, interview kits, rejection drafts, search — is advisory. Nothing moves in your pipeline and nothing is sent to a candidate without a person deciding.
What are AI credits?
AI features draw on your company's credit pool. If it runs out, the feature says so and waits — nothing breaks, and nothing is billed silently.
When do I see a candidate's contact details?
After your admin accepts the marketplace agreement, and once you move that applicant to shortlisted or later. Rejecting hides the details again.
What happens to applicants when I close a role?
The role stops accepting applications and leaves all listings; its applicants are re-anonymized. You can opt to notify and thank every applicant on close, and duplicate the posting later if the need returns.
For talent
Who can see my profile?
Companies see anonymized information by default; your identity and contact details open progressively as a real hiring conversation advances. See Trust & Privacy for the full picture.
Do companies see my compensation expectation?
Never as a figure. At most they see whether their own posted budget fits your expectation — never a number, and never "below".
Can I withdraw an application?
Yes, anytime from My Applications. The recruiting team is notified and the withdrawal can't be undone.
My results say "under review" — why?
After you complete the assessment, results go through a brief quality review before release. You're notified as soon as they're available.
What CV formats can I import?
PDF and Word. Migbirds extracts your experience, education, certifications, skills, and tools — and you choose exactly what to import.
