Browsing open roles
The jobs page lists open roles with your match percentage on each card. Follow companies you like to get notified the moment they publish something new.
Your match gauge
Your score against a role blends the technical side (your skills and experience versus the role's requirements) with the behavioral side (your assessment versus how the role needs someone to operate). Open a role to see the full breakdown — including where you're strong and where the gaps are.
Applying
Apply from the role's detail page after reading the full description. The company's recruiting team is notified immediately, and your profile — including your behavioral results — becomes visible to them in full.
After you apply
The team reviews applicants ranked by fit and moves candidates through their hiring stages. If they want to move forward, they'll contact you through the details on your profile. Keep your availability current so they know you're reachable.
Express interest from companies
Companies can also find you first. When a recruiter expresses interest in you for a role, you get a notification pointing you to it — whether you apply is entirely your call.
